Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Pickupee (hereinafter "Company") and users, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the group transportation management service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the group transportation management system provided by the Company.
  2. "User" refers to a person who receives the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. "Organization" refers to an entity that manages group transportation using the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms shall take effect for all users who wish to use the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
  3. In case of amendments, the changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Real-time group transportation status management
    • Participant management and notification service
    • Schedule management and record keeping
  2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service for system maintenance or other necessary purposes.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following activities:
    • Misappropriation of others' information
    • Alteration of information posted by the Company
    • Transmission or posting of information other than that designated by the Company
    • Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and third parties
    • Actions that damage the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfere with business operations

Article 6 (Attribution and Restrictions on Copyright)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. Users shall not use information obtained through the use of the Service for commercial purposes by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods, or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from the Company.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for disruptions in the use of the Service due to reasons attributable to users.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for users' failure to obtain expected profits or loss of profits through the use of the Service.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Company and users shall make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes arising from the Service.
  2. If disputes are not resolved despite the efforts in Paragraph 1, jurisdiction shall be in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective as of November 6, 2025.
